Below is a list of our property renovations process.
Site visit and Survey
The first step is for our surveyor and design team to visit your property to carry out a detailed inspection and survey.
This will enable us to get to know your property and understand your requirements. Our specialist will meet you in person to understand your goals and alleviate your concerns.
Structural Drawings and Budgets
Once the structural survey has been carried out, our architect will carry out the drawings inline your budget.
You are consulted throughout this process and adhering to council requirements.
Planning Application with Estimates
Produce a quotation with a detailed breakdown of the costs and schedule of work.
Once the drawings are approved, planning application is made to the local council and estimates are obtained for building works.
Construction and Design with Quantity Surveying
We assign a dedicated project manager for your building works
Once the planning is approved, the construction work can start at a specified date. If required, a QS is appointed to make sure that all works are carried out in accordance with the legal requirements and the project is kept within the approved budget.
COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
Project is reviewed at completion.
At this stage, we will carryout snagging process with the client to ensure all requirements are met.
Decoration/ Furnishing etc
If requested, our interior design team can work side by side to assist you with the decoration and furnishing aspect of your property.
