INVENTORY FOR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Our inventory before check-in is both professional and detailed.
These are supported by photographs and formulates a detailed understanding between all parties. This gives any landlord peace of mind that their property is maintained well until the end of the tenancy.
If you are a tenant , you would like to ensure that your deposit is refunded. Our experienced staff will make a check-out inventory, compare it to the original inventory and note any further defects at the end of tenancy.
Check-in Services
An experienced member of staff will meet the tenant at the property and will go through the inventory with them.
Sets of keys handed over will be noted . Meter readings will be taken and utility providers will be notified.
Check -out Services
An experienced member of staff will meet the tenant for check-out with the original inventory for inspection.
Any damage to the property will be recorded. Number of keys returned will be noted. Meter readings are taken and utility providers will be notified.
Interim Inspections
Interim inspections are carried out quarterly or bi-annually.
Our staff will inspect the property for general maintenance or misuse of tenancy. A report is compiled and both tenant and landlord will be notified in case of an issue.
